How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders in the UK are usually delivered within a maximum of 5-7 working days, delivery is completely free on all orders. As each item is made to order, it usually takes 2-3 days for dispatch. We’ll keep you informed all the way through the process and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
As a small, independent company, our items are manufactured to order. We aim to dispatch your order a maximum of 3 working days after you’ve placed it, however during busy periods this can take longer. If this is the case, it will be clearly displayed on our site and you’ll be updated at all times.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
Yup. Just checkout as normal and change the delivery country to wherever you need, cos it’s international it may take a little longer for delivery.
How Will My Order Be Delivered?
In the UK, most of our orders are shipped via Hermes. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information so you know when your order is going to be delivered. If you have specific delivery instructions, please add these at checkout and we will let the courier know.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
If you’re in the UK, delivery is completely free, on all orders. Yup, you read that right, no minimum spend here. If you’re based Internationally, we charge a flat rate of £8.99 per order. Any questions, just give us a shout and we’ll be happy to help.
